Wahoo V-1.0.6:

Force Wahoo hardware to fresh reset when lose GPS fix for more than 1 hour. During operation
as soon the hardware regains GPS fix, the timer is reset. There are a couple of units in the
field have no reporting because of no GPS lock.

Wahoo V-1.0.7W2:

Fixed version for Wahoo 2 hardware:
1. re-map pin 1, 2, and 3 to work with Wahoo 2.
2. added ADC1_IN voltage meter reading. When W2 hardware voltage drops down to under 1.5V the
   hardware shutdown and reset according to Indesign advice. That way no false sensors trigger
   report.
For MFG, the following output from console need to be verified,
ADC meter=2022 mV (Normal operation the voltage should be at least 2000mV or 2V)
UNDER VOLTAGE - shutting down!!! (after shut down the power supply)

Wahoo V-1.0.8W2:

Fixed bug when very first time MFG was trying to load 1.0.7W2, IllegalStateException was thrown.
This happens only when no hardware id in the memory.

Add an iButton temperature thread to handle temperature probe.
